Refund policy

Due to the made-to-order nature of most items at BerggreenClausen, we do not offer returns or refunds based on change of mind or ordering the wrong size. Each piece is produced individually and often on a pre-order basis, with production times clearly stated on the product pages.

However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by using the by emailing Berggreenclausen@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the claim is approved, we will either replace the item or offer a refund, depending on the situation.

We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging if a return is agreed upon.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault on our part. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
