Shipping policy

All products at BerggreenClausen are printed in-house with great care and attention to detail. Most items are made to order, and production times typically take up to three weeks. Specific production times are stated clearly on each product page, as they may vary slightly depending on the item.

Once production is complete, we aim to process and dispatch all orders within six working days. Please allow up to five working days for delivery within Europe and up to twenty working days for orders shipped outside of Europe. Do note that customs procedures—particularly since the pandemic—can sometimes cause delays beyond our control.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and its destination. These rates will be shown at checkout. Customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may be applied upon arrival in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not liable for orders where incorrect shipping information has been provided, nor for unclaimed packages. Please ensure your details are accurate at checkout.
